Instructions
- Heat cream, milk, sugar (optional), vanilla seeds until boiling.
- Turn off the heat, add the pistachios, and puree the mixture using the hand blender you have.
- Cover the mixture with a lid and allow the mixture to infuse for 20 minutes.
- Strain the mixture using a sieve.
- Put the gelatin leaves in cold water to soften them
- The mixture must be above 50°C (if necessary you can heat it) and stir in gelatin until dissolved.
- Now the mixture must be cooled to speed up the setting process, cool it to room temperature.
- Take the dariole molds and pour the mixture into the dariole molds (about 80g each).
- Now, allow it to set completely in your refrigerator (it may take overnight or at least around 4 hours).
