Instructions

  • Heat cream, milk, sugar (optional), vanilla seeds until boiling.
  • Turn off the heat, add the pistachios, and puree the mixture using the hand blender you have.
  • Cover the mixture with a lid and allow the mixture to infuse for 20 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture using a sieve.
  • Put the gelatin leaves in cold water to soften them
  • The mixture must be above 50°C (if necessary you can heat it) and stir in gelatin until dissolved.
  • Now the mixture must be cooled to speed up the setting process, cool it to room temperature.
  • Take the dariole molds and pour the mixture into the dariole molds (about 80g each).
  • Now, allow it to set completely in your refrigerator (it may take overnight or at least around 4 hours).
  • Turn the Pistachio Panna Cotta over onto a plate. The method is to dip the dariole mold into hot water, this way it will help release the Pistachio Panna Cotta from the mold.
