- 4 ounces Ham domestic
- 4 ounces Provolone cheese
- 4 ounces Genoa salami
- 4 ounces Capocollo ham
- 4 ounces Prosciutto
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce
- 4 ounces Pepperoni deli sliced
- 1 med Red onion
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
Instructions
- Cut the sandwich in half
- Cut and shred iceberg lettuce.
- Slice tomatoes
- Slice onion into thin slices
- Layer subs starting with provolone cheese and add remaining meats. Spread all meats and cheeses on the base of the sub.
- Top meats with sliced red onion, then lettuce and tomatoes
- Shake olive oil, and red wine over dressing.
- Dress subs with pinches of oregano and salt
- Top subs with remaining sliced rolls, cut down the middle, and enjoy.
